The Course Syllabus
A week-by-week breakdown description.
Week One: Orientation and Overview: How the LLL Coaching Program works
Participants are given an overview—a sense of what they might expect, as well as tips and ideas for how to get the most value. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
This formula is designed for each person to be open-minded to see this work from a different perspective, participation is required, which will cause a permanent change in your life in just six weeks.
In the beginning, you were created for a purpose and with a purpose.
Week Two: Perception is power
Perception is the ability to see, hear or become aware of something through senses; seeing, hearing, tasting, smell, or touch tells your mind what it is. In layman's terms, perception is just someone’s interpretation of a person, place, or thing.
Understanding perception is very important because it determines your next move. The wrong perception leads to a wrong move, but the right perception leads to the right move. In this session, we will discover how you’ve been making life-changing decisions from your interpretation of self, others, and the foundation you live and built your life from.
When perceptions are corrected, we can begin to see the degree to which they govern our everyday lives. There is freedom and the ability to take action from a place that was unavailable before. Produce a whole new level of awareness and effectiveness.
Week Three: Interferences
The Payoff and the Cost
In this session, we discuss the idea of interference as a distraction active in your life, preventing you from being your authentic self.
Often, we don’t notice that we are not being authentic, just reacting to an interference. It doesn’t matter what type of interference, such as; something temporary, financial, medical, justified, or even legitimate, there is a certain payoff—some advantage or benefit we are receiving that creates and reinforces the cycle of behavior. At the same time, this way of being has steep costs, whether in our vitality, affinity, self-expression, or sense of fulfillment.
By recognizing the interferences, its costs, and how we have been keeping the pattern in place, we can interrupt the cycle and discover new ways of response that lead to new levels of happiness, satisfaction, and fulfillment in the most important areas to us.
Week Four: Once upon a time - Fairy Tales and Considerations
In the session, we will expose the fairy tales in your life. We have the mental tendency to tell ourselves a story about what happened during a life-altering event versus what happened. This happens so fast it becomes hard to separate the two, and we think of them as one and the same. Almost immediately, and certainly, over time, the story we tell ourselves becomes the way it is—the reality we know. It limits what is possible in our lives, robbing us of our divine identity, journey, and destiny.
When we can separate what happened from our story or interpretation, we discover that much of what we considered already determined, given, and fixed, may not be that way. Situations that may have been challenging or difficult become fluid and open to change. We find ourselves no longer limited by a finite set of options and can achieve what we want with new ease and enjoyment.
Week Five: Obedience vs. Sacrifice
Many times, we think if we sacrifice something, we will gain a positive return. And sometimes we do, and sometimes we don’t. We also think sacrifice is about losing or giving up something for something else. With this new process you are learning, you will understand that sacrifice does not exist in this world. Just being authentic in the new you and staying obedient to who that person produces happiness in every area without any sacrifice.
Week Six: Expectations, Breakdowns, and Breakthroughs
Expectations are like goal setting. When you accomplish them, you feel good, but when you don’t, you feel bad. And when you set unrealistic expectations of yourself and others, and they are not met, you acquaint that with failure. In this session, we will discover how you set realistic expectations and how to respond when they are not met.
After six weeks, you will be faced with reality. You will be tested on what you learned. There will be breakdowns, but we will give you the formula to break through and continue to live the life you were predestined to have.
Each graduate will leave fully aware of self and ready to live and lead others by example.
